This semi-sweet white is made from the Grasa grape, which is susceptible to the effects of noble rot thanks to Romania’s humid and sometimes foggy weather. If you want to experience botrytized-style wine without breaking the bank, this is a great entry point. Look for flavours of white peach and pineapple accented by hints of apricot and honey.
