Viña Cobos Hobbs Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Blue fruit, cassis and orange peel with dried flowers and some sweet tobacco. Some crushed stone. Full-bodied with ultra-fine tannins that are creamy and polished. I love the polish and fine velvet texture to this. Needs time to open. Drink after three or four years. [This will age through early 2030s+.] Score – 96. (jamessuckling.com, April 4, 2023)
