Vin Santo (holy wine) dates to the Middle Ages, when it was believed to possess therapeutic value. This one is made from select Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes that are dried before fermentation to concentrate sugars and flavours. It will suggest dried fruit, hazelnuts and honey and will be excellent with foie gras or fine dark chocolate. Enjoy through 2031+.
