Fontanafredda Ebbio Nebbiolo 2020

In Piedmont, Nebbiolo is responsible for some of Italy’s most famous wines, including Barolo. It’s a difficult grape to master, but Fontanafredda has been producing benchmark expressions of these wines for more than 160 years. This one spent four months in oak and will be floral, earthy and subtly smoky, with red fruit, good harmony and balance, bright acidity and firm tannins.
