Ca’ di Rajo Extra Dry Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore 2012

Pretty aromatics with red apple, peach, Asian pear and mineral tones all well represented. Crisp, juicy and fresh with a good mousse and lovely replays with some lime tones emerging in the mouth. A great way to start an evening, or for sipping under the stars. (Vintages panel, Sept. 2013)
