Domaine Amiot-Servelle Chambolle-Musigny 2022

Here there is enough reduction to partially mask the fruit that is clearly ripe. The mouthfeel of the medium weight flavors is finer still with both good concentration and a bead of minerality that imparts a sense of lift to the dusty, youthfully austere, firm and serious finale. This is lovely but note that this is not a Chambolle of lace and grace so some patience will be necessary. Drink: 2030+. Outstanding. Score – 89-91. (Allen Meadows, burghound.com, Jan. 10, 2024)
