Dandelion Fairytale of the Barossa Rosé 2024

Bright salmon pink in the glass. Complex and lifted aromas of bramble, red fruits, spice, dried flowers and sherbet. Fleshy, juicy and red fruited on entry, then some very shapely tannins and punchy acidity enter the frame and deliver shape and cut. Very smart rosé. Drink date: 2025-2028. Score – 91.
