Absente 55 is a blend of artemisia, green anise, mint, spices and balm. Light green in colour. The aromas and flavours show strong notes of anise, lemon and mint with woody herbal notes, continuing with white pepper and anise on the lingering finish. Serve using the traditional spoon method or enjoy it in cocktails.
