This comes from vineyards planted in San Pablo, at an altitude of 1,400 meters in the Uco Valley. Aged in concrete, without going through barrels, this is a raw and honest expression of the variety in those Andean heights, the expression of a grape that’s usually sweet and friendly and that continues to be, here, at the foot of the mountains, although it adds herbs and flowers and tart fruits that combine in a body full of firm tannins and red-fruit flavors. A faithful expression of an extreme place in the Uco Valley. Score – 95. (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2023)
