Kechris Afros Retsina

Slightly hazy in appearance this Retsina is bottled unfiltered and shows discrete bubbles in the glass. Intensely aromatic with clear notes of pine resin that carry complexity and freshness, with pronounced acidity providing balance and a lively mouthfeel. Ideal with fried fish, calamari and complex Asian dishes.
