Product Details
Plenty of depth and impressive black fruit aromatics. Silky in texture, with fruits that are concentrated and almost dried, some clear fig and almost raisin notes alongside black pepper spice and a nice twist of lime tang on the finish. Clear personality, but lacks some juice through the palate. There is a good sense of pep on the finish though, and it’s clear that the Malbec is playing an oversized role in the blend. 40% new oak. Drinking window: 2027-2038. Score – 93. (Jane Anson, decanter.com, April 30, 2021)
