Anselmann Edesheimer Rosengarten Siegerrebe Spätlese 2021

Siegerrebe produces wines that range from off-dry to lusciously sweet and floral (think rose petals), with intense exotic tropical fruit notes alongside apricot, pear and lime. The sweetness makes this Spätlese a fine option as an aperitif or dessert wine, but don’t shy away from trying it with really spicy Asian dishes or even a honey-glazed ham.[Berliner Wein Trophy did not include a tasting note.] Score – Gold.
