Indie Ale House Tarana Saurus

The Tarana-Saurus Hazy IPA is brewed locally using Centennial and Citra hops. This strong ale pours with generous citrus fruit notes with grapefruit, orange, melon and pine. The palate is full and well-balanced with moderate carbonation, citrus fruit flavours, and a soft mouthfeel. Pairs well with fried chicken sandwiches.
