Casa Los Frailes Monastrell AOC Organic 2022

This organic wine is made with hand-harvested Monastrell grapes. The aromas express notes of jammy dark berry fruit and plums with hints of violets, cocoa and dried herbs. It is medium-bodied with juicy fruit, bright acidity and moderate tannins. Enjoy it with braised short ribs, cured meats or strong cheeses.
