Cusumano Merlot

This merlot from Sicily, Italy, is aged in stainless steel to retain the elegant fruit character. Deep violet in colour, the nose displays rich licorice and subtle spice notes. On the palate, it displays medium-bodied flavours of plum, ripe dark berry, and a dry finish. Try it with heavy pasta dishes or cured meats.
