Louis Jadot Fourchaume Chablis 1er Cru 2021

Deeper hue, with plenty of weight and power typical of Fourchaume. Perhaps not the most subtle expression of this premier cru but there are some attractive lime zest notes and accompanying acidity which keeps the palate fresh. Drinking window: 2023-2027. Score – 90.
