Bobcaygeon Brewing Houseboat Hefeweizen

Houseboat is a German-style hefeweizen. A fair amount of wheat in the malt bill gives the beer a solid body and a hazy yellow colour. Expect aromas and flavours of ripe banana and a hint of citrus. Pairs well with hot dogs and burgers, lettuce wrap, and Pad Thai.
