This wine is a blend of Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and the rare indigenous Saorin. Highly aromatic with a depth of flavour to match, it’s complex and layered, with tangy apricot, orange citrus, honeysuckle, exotic spices and pepper. This has the potential to drink through 2030.
