A treat if you have this in your cellar – perfectly à point now, with resolved velvety tannins, generous nutmeg oak spicing and seductive secondary earthy characters of olive brine and polished leather alongside red plum fruit. Enticing, silky and supple yet still with a serious backbone of balsamic acid for several years more ageing. Drinking window: 2022-2030. Score – 96. (Tina Gellie, decanter.com, Nov. 20, 2022)
