Kanonkop Pinotage 2013

I’d like to give a bottle of this reliably delicious wine to all the people who say they hate Pinotage. Smoky, serious and rich, boasting aromas of violets, plums and wood smoke, it’s concentrated, textured and fine, with tannins that suggest that it will age well in bottle. Drink: 2015-2025.
