Archimedes Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Archimedes is Coppola’s flagship wine, named in honour of his uncle. Sourced from select lots of the best Cabernet of the vintage, it’s always plush and intense, with complex, layered cassis, dark fruit, plum, earth, chocolate, dried herbs, spice box, menthol, and a fine graphite minerality. It will continue to evolve into the early 2030s.
