Molino di Sant’Antimo Paolus Brunello di Montalcino 2017

A firm, very fine-tannined 2017 that shows length and finesse. It’s medium- to full-bodied with dark-berry flavors and some mushrooms. Needs time to soften, but nicely crafted for the vintage. Drink after 2023 [through 2032+]. Score – 94. (jamessuckling.com, Nov. 4, 2021)
