Quintarelli Primofiore 2021

This wine combines the indigenous grapes Corvina and Corvinone with the French Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, making it a sort of ‘super Venetian’ blend. A full year in Slavonian oak casks leads to a soft palate of robust tannins and incredible depth, showing notes of sour cherry, dark chocolate, black pepper, mint, and hints of freshly cut violets. Drink: 2026-2036.
