Built around Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, this rosé is made from a combo of free-run and press juice that undergoes cold soaking. The wine is forged at temperatures cool enough to lock in the aromatic potential while not so cold as to mask the subtleties. Expect a delightful array of raspberry, orange, grapefruit, zingy acidity and saline minerality. Pair with spring rolls or sushi.
