Leyda Coastal Vineyard Las Brisas Pinot Noir 2022

The 2022 Pinot Noir Coastal Vineyard Las Brisas hails from the Leyda Valley. It was aged in barrels and foudres. Ruby red in color. The nose is compellingly fruity with raspberry, cherry and pomegranate notes plus hints of wet earth alongside herbs and a touch of blood. Intense and taut in the mouth. The tart, vibrant freshness is accompanied by refined grippy tannins and a chalky texture. A complex, fruit-forward Pinot. Drinking window: 2023-2036. Score – 93.
