This wine gorgeously reflects the volcanic soils from which it’s sourced. It’s structured and balanced, offering generous dark and red fruit, complex herbs, chocolate, and lifted spice notes. There’s an unmistakable underlying flint-edged, smoke and ash quality. This is a wine with the potential to age for 8-10 years from vintage.
