Delicious oatmeal/muesli aromas 2020 from natural ferment in foudre & barrique (60% new, neutral toast). Preserved lemon, honey & honeycomb, popcorn, nut & hay all enter the mix, adding layers of complexity through to lengthy finish. Score – 94. (Platter’s South African Wine Guide, 2022)
