Saxenburg Private Collection Chardonnay 2021

This is a beautiful, inviting Chardonnay with a balanced, restrained style. Fresh, citrusy acidity giving hints of lemon zest is complemented by nicely integrated oak, offering a smoky, caramelized mid-palate feel and hints of shortbread and brioche. It all culminates in a saline, minerally finish. Drink until 2027.
