Named after the small river Corbarola, this wine is sourced from vines grown along the river’s edge where they’re exposed to extra sunshine from the water’s reflection. This helps balance the high acidity in the grapes by concentrating the fruity flavours. Offering notes of blackberry and baking spices, this red will pair nicely with a leg of lamb dressed with Mediterranean herbs and spices.
