Nicolas Potel Chablis 1er Cru 2020

This is a classic, refined Chablis. It’s mostly aged in steel vats, with 15% aged in older oak barrels to soften the bracing acidity. The resulting wine offers racy aromas of Granny Smith apple, lemon zest, and wet stone, with interesting notes of bergamot and toasted walnuts from the subtle oak influence. Pair with oysters, poached fish, or Greek salad.
