Jaffelin Les Grands Crus Blancs Pouilly-Fuissé 2021

Created in 1936, the appellation of Pouilly-Fuissé encompasses the villages of Solutré-Pouilly, Fuissé, Vergisson and Chaintré. This wine is made entirely with Chardonnay and offers a nice balance between fruity, floral and toasted-almond notes, with brilliant acidity and delicate touches of cinnamon and honey. Pair with chicken chasseur, smoked salmon or pan-fried scallops.
