Roger & Didier Raimbault Sancerre 2022

Fruit for this wine came from vines grown in two of the most important soil types in Sancerre: les caillottes provides freshness and tree fruit flavours while terre blanche encourages softer acidity and a mineral-tinged character. The resulting wine is reflective of the lovely Sancerre terroir and will fare well with grilled cod or a sweet-and-sour vegetable stir-fry.
