Blue Canyon Chardonnay 2021

‘Blue Canyon’ references the submarine canyon in Monterey Bay. This canyon bisects the bay and is twice the depth of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. It’s a fine name for a Chardonnay with impressive depth and character, featuring white blossoms, apple, pear, lemon, tropical fruit, oak spice and vanilla.
