Billaud-Simon Montée de Tonnerre Chablis 1er Cru 2019

Classic Montée de Tonnerre with some driving mineral notes and firm acidity to keep the ripe fruit in balance. Very elegant with stony, flinty notes on the aftertaste adding an extra dimension to the pristine tree-fruit flavour. Drinking well already but with a long future ahead. Drinking window: 2022-2028.
