A hint of woodsmoke combines with this wine’s shy aromas of black cherry. The palate comes in with surprising grace and svelteness, presenting a filigreed but firm structure. Cherry aromas shimmering with Morello and Amarena are expressed against that frame, crunching slightly and heightened by vivid freshness. This wine has compact, elegant power and inherent conviction.
