Domaine du Sacré Coeur 2020

This is a mid-weight, firm southern French red with plummy fruit and considerable pepper on the nose and palate, plus some earthiness. It is not as heavy and dense as I expected but I like the firmness and freshness. Some garrigue and earthiness becomes more evident on the finish, along with the drying tannin. Very good length.
