This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from select parcels of the Zygos Vineyard from vines averaging 35 years old. Aged in French oak for 24 months, it’s elegant and complex, with ripe dark fruit, blackberry, cassis, cedar, vanilla and smoke. It has the structure and character to cellar through to the end of the decade.
