This mead is made from Niagara Escarpment wildflower honey and sees six months in French oak. It’s a unique, delicious, charming semi-sweet Ontario mead that offers up expressive caramel, pear, nuts and spice (as well as rich honey notes, of course!). Fresh, lively acidity keeps this balanced and lithe. A great option for foie gras, dark chocolate, or cheese and charcuterie.
