Consistently one of Niagara’s best late-harvest expressions, this wine offers wonderful acidity and plentiful peach, apricot, nectarine and honeyed flavours supported by flourishes of exotic and tropical fruit, with a stunning saline-infused minerality on the close. The sweetness is adroitly balanced, making this eminently drinkable. Though this ideal dessert wine is perfect for a rich crème brûlée, try serving it alongside spicy grilled ribs.
