Palladino del Comune di Serralunga Barolo 2019

Radiant, medium ruby red with a slight brightening on the rim. The nose has notes of ripe plums and rich sour cherries, then herbaceous-spicy hints. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with powerful but well-integrated tannins, balanced, long finish. [Better after 2025, but can be served tonight after an hour in the decanter.] Score – 94.
