Chateau Montelena Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The 2021 vintage was characterized by a dry season of high temperatures and low rainfall. Lower yields were a commonality, resulting in rarer wines of greater concentration. This Cabernet Sauvignon from the beloved Chateau Montelena shows super-concentrated blue and red fruit flavour accented by the estate’s calling card of aromatic oak spice, chili pepper and sage. Drinkable now, but capable of long-term ageing in cellar.
