Ruby red, full-bodied. Mature and intense nose, pleasant notes of red fruit lending freshness and persistence of aroma. Well-balanced, clean on the palate with a good length finish. Rich in young but well-contained tannic fruits. Pair with roasted and grilled meats, vegetables of the season and semi-mature cheeses.
