Elora Brewing Wandering Monk Belgian IPA

Brewed like a Belgian tripel and hopped like a North American IPA, this brew is fermented with Abbey Ale Yeast giving it fruity esters and subtle smoky notes. The Mosaic, Nelson and Cascade hops compliment the aromas with flavours of bubble gum, pear, red berries and hints of spice; full-bodied and well-balanced.
