Cold IPA is loosely defined as a cross between IPA and lager, a combination of lighter style pilsner malts and aggressive hops. Barrie’s Flying Monkeys uses five different kinds of hops for a lighter, crisper style of IPA but still with the tropical hoppy notes. Perfect with spicy Bang-Bang vegetables or Souvlaki.
