Omnipollo Fantom House IPA

Sweden’s popular microbrewery brings us their inaugural house IPA, brewed locally in Ontario. Dry-hopped and fermented with a particularly expressive yeast results in juicy notes of orange and melon. Soft malts and oats lend a hint of vanilla. This is refreshingly crisp and wonderful with food. Try with quiche Lorraine.
