The brewery gets its name from the rich history of tobogganing in London, Ontario dating back to the late 1800s. Let your palate coast through the notes of citrus, hops, pineapple flower and caramelized malt. Full-bodied, hoppy and a touch bitter on the long finish. This DIPA calls for panko-crusted mac and cheese.
