Stittsville, Ontario’s Covered Bridge Brewing fashions this IPA to be assertive in flavour, not alcohol. Clocking in at 3.5% alcohol by volume, it displays aromas of citrus fruit and pine resin and flavours of malt, coriander, grapefruit and orange. The tasty finish has a mild tang of bitterness. Pair with mild curries.
