Clear pale golden colour with a foamy white head; pleasant aromas of cereal grains, crisp pink apple, white flower and grassy hops; on the palate it is medium bodied and moderately carbonated, with flavours of apple, citrus zest, dried white flower and a refreshingly bitter hop finish.
