This top fermented beer originates from the town of Cologne in Germany; it is warm-fermented then lagered at cold temperatures to produce a clear, straw-coloured beer that offers aromas of cereal, bitter grapefruit, and floral. The palate is light with lively carbonation and fresh citrus flavour on the cleansing finish.
