Established in 1993, this craft brewery is focused on making a variety of enjoyable brews. Pours a lovely amber in colour, with striking aromas and flavours of caramel, almonds, sweet malt and toffee. Medium-bodied and flavourful, with lively carbonation. Serve with Portobello-Swiss burgers with French fries.
